Full Painting Services

The  AEY  Team  will  come  paint  your  lawn  that  is  either  dead  or  dormant    and  will  put  a  layer  of  green  paint  to  give  your  lawn  the  lush  green  everyone  wants.    This  is  also  a  great  solution  if  you  want  to  reduce  your  watering  and  want  to  maintain  that  lawn  curb  appeal.

Pricing comparison

Ex. 1000 sq./ft. lawn in southern California

Watering 3 days per week: $300 per month (Also against the current watering guidelines in many cities)

Turf or desert landscape:  $10000 installation


Our lawn painting: $350, lasts over 3 months, only have to water 1 day per week

What does this Include?

Do you have a lawn that you water but have trouble keeping it looking perfect?  We will come by and touch it up once a month with our subscription service and offer our initial paint for a start up fee.  


500-1000 sqft 

Initial startup fee $200

Monthly fee $65


1000-1500 sqft

Initial startup fee $275

Monthly fee $90


1500-2000 sqft 

Initial startup fee $350

Monthly fee $110 


2000+ sqft

Our team members have experience and will work to have your lawn looking instantly green.

The Paint we use is pet safe, biodegradable, and environmentally safe.  As an added bonus, it is way better than fertilizer and will help protect your dead lawn to get through the drought.

You can still water your lawn.  We actually Recommend watering once per week to keep the soil soft.  If you completely stop watering after your lawn is painted, there may be a need for a second coat. 

We charge a $50 service fee and the $0.30 per square foot.
